🎮 I don't know what to do in DUMP. How do I start?

🏠 How do I upgrade my base?

To upgrade your base:

🐛 I found a red glowing spot but got a white item that disappeared. What happened?

⚠️ Red Glowspots are EXTREMELY RARE! Red sparkle spots (glowspots) are among the rarest spawns in the game - even rarer than what you might see during Admin Abuse events. Finding one is a major achievement, but they can be tricky to complete.

This is a known bug in DUMP [ALPHA]. Sometimes items can disappear when:

  • The item spawns but gets removed before you can collect it
  • Network lag causes synchronization issues
  • The item falls outside the collectible area
  • You fail the digging mini-game challenge

Tips for Red Glowspots:

  • Use a better shovel - higher-tier shovels make the mini-game easier
  • Stay calm and focus on the movement bar
  • Check your internet connection before attempting
  • If you fail, don't worry - reds are naturally spawning and can appear again

If this happens frequently, try:

  • Checking your internet connection
  • Reloading the game

This is a network latency issue. The game's anti-cheat system may mistake network lag for teleporting. Try:

🔄 How do I mutate items?

To mutate items in DUMP [ALPHA]:

⏰ The egg/pet hatching times are too long. Is this normal?

There are three types of pet eggs available in DUMP [ALPHA], each with different prices and rewards:

💰 Common Egg - $50K

  • Common pets (19% chance): Frog, Cat, Dog, Rabbit, Bird - A few minutes to hatch
  • Rare pets (1% chance): Special variants - A few minutes to hatch

💚 Uncommon Egg - $350K

🎯 What is Admin Abuse and when does it happen?

Admin Abuse is a special event where the developer (Caylus) uses admin powers to give players items like shovels and rare collectibles during YouTube live streams.

  • Occurs during Caylus's YouTube live streams
  • You need to join the game and be in Caylus's server to participate
  • Times vary and may be affected by timezone differences
  • Follow Caylus's YouTube channel for announcements

What happens during Admin Abuse:

  • Developer may "borrow" items from players and gift them upgraded versions
  • Massive pink and purple sparkle spots are spawned across the map
  • Players compete to dig up rare items from spawned sparkle spots
  • Exclusive previews of upcoming updates and new items may be revealed

🏠 How do I upgrade my plot?

To upgrade your plot/base:

🔮 How do we do the La Giga Ritual?

The La Giga Ritual is a special in-game event that requires multiple players and specific items. To perform the ritual:

Required Items (4 total):

  • Dragon Cannelloni's Head (Dragon Head) - The hardest item to obtain
  • Sekolah's Tongue - Uncommon rarity (not too hard to get)
  • Brr Brr Patapims' Foot (Brr Brr Foot)
  • Tralalelo Shoe (Tralalero Shoe)

Additional Requirements:

  • You need at least 2-4 friends/players to help with the ritual
  • Find the ritual location in the game
  • Each player must be in the same server/private server
  • Follow the on-screen ritual instructions

Pro Tip: You can ask helpers in the official Discord server to assist with rituals - they won't scam you! The Discord community is generally helpful for finding players to complete rituals together.

🌈 What do different item colors mean? (Red, Yellow, Legendary, etc.)

Different colors represent different rarity levels in DUMP [ALPHA]:

  • Gray/Common: Most common items, lower value
  • Blue/Rare: Rare items, moderate value (e.g., Salt, Honey, Sekolah's Tongue)
  • Purple/Epic: Epic items, high value
  • Yellow/Gold/Legendary: Legendary items, very high value
  • Special Colors (Red, Dragon, etc.): Very rare items with unique properties
  • Mythical: Extremely rare items with the highest value

Example Items by Rarity:

  • Uncommon (Green): Sekolah's Tongue - used in La Giga Ritual

🧹 How do I get the Witch Broom or other specific items?

Specific items like the Witch Broom can be obtained by:

  • Digging through trash heaps - rare items spawn randomly
  • Using higher-tier shovels increases your chances
  • Participating in special events like Admin Abuse

  • Trading with other players (if available)

⚠️ I got stolen by cheaters/hackers. What can I do?

If you've been stolen from by cheaters:

  1. Take screenshots or record video evidence
  2. Note the player's username
  3. Report the player through Roblox's reporting system
  4. Report the incident in the game's Discord server
  5. Contact the game developers with proof

Anti-Cheat System:

  • The game has anti-teleport and anti-fly systems in place
  • However, these systems don't always work perfectly - the game is in ALPHA stage
  • The developers are actively working on improving anti-cheat measures
  • Consider using a private server if you can afford one to avoid public server hackers

Prevention: Always favorite your valuable items - favorited items cannot be accidentally sold or easily stolen.

Developer Response: The developers actively monitor for hackers and will ban offenders when reported with clear evidence (screenshots/videos). During Admin Abuse livestreams, the developer has been known to take immediate action against hackers in real-time.

Important Note: DUMP [ALPHA] is still in early development. Bugs, hackers, and exploits are being fixed gradually. The developers are aware of these issues and are working on solutions. 🔔 I picked up a favorited item and my backpack was full, so it got sold. Can this be fixed?

This is a known bug where favorited items can be accidentally sold if:

  • Your backpack is full when you pick up a favorited item
  • The item loses its favorited status when picked up
  • The game auto-sells items when your inventory is full

To prevent this:

  • Always keep some inventory space before picking up important items
  • Re-favorite items after placing them down if you need to pick them up later
  • Report this bug to the developers

📦 What does "Max Capacity Reached" mean? How do I place more items?

"Max Capacity Reached" means you've hit the limit for how many income-generating items you can place in your base. Every player has a placement capacity limit that restricts the total number of items that produce "+X/s" in your home.

Default Capacity Limits:

  • New players: 50-60 items
  • With upgrades: +10-15 items per upgrade level

The Marketplace offers three main categories of items: Shovels, Mounts, and Relics.

🎯 How do I complete the digging mini-game? (The pink square/red bar challenge)

During digging, you'll encounter a mini-game where you need to keep your shovel aligned with a moving bar. This is called the "wrestling mini-game" or "combat system."

How it works:

  • You'll see a pink square that needs to stay inside a black box, OR
  • You need to keep your shovel indicator within a red bar
  • Hold your mouse and move it to follow the moving target
  • Successfully completing it gives you free prizes and unlocks the item

Pro Tips:

  • Use a better shovel: Higher-tier shovels make this much easier. With a noob shovel, it's nearly impossible!
  • Predict the movement: Try to predict when the bar will move - it often follows patterns
  • Hold at the ends: Most of the time, the bar moves to the ends, so you can often just hold down your mouse button
  • Stay calm: Don't panic - take your time to align properly
  • Practice: The more you do it, the better you'll get at reading the patterns

Important: This mini-game is especially challenging for red glowspots (extremely rare items). Make sure you have a good shovel before attempting red spots, or you'll likely fail and lose the rare item!

👑 Can I still get the OG Gauntlet?

No, you cannot get the OG Gauntlet anymore. The OG Gauntlet was a limited-time item that is no longer available in the game.

About OG Gauntlet:

  • OG Gauntlet is considered one of the rarest items in the game
  • It was only available during a specific time period
  • Players who obtained it during that time are very lucky
  • It cannot be obtained through normal gameplay, trading, or Admin Abuse events now

If you see players with OG Gauntlets, they obtained them during the original availability period. Keep an eye on game updates - there may be new rare items in the future!

♾️ How do I get the Infinity Shovel?

The Infinity Shovel is obtained by completing the entire index (collecting all items in the game).

Requirements:

  • You must collect every single item available in the game
  • This includes all rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythical
  • Complete your entire item index/collection
  • This is an extremely difficult achievement that requires extensive gameplay

Note: According to player feedback, the Infinity Shovel may not be as powerful as some players expect. Some players report it's "not great" compared to other high-tier shovels. However, it's still a prestigious achievement symbolizing completion of the entire game collection!

If you're close to completing the index but missing rare items, focus on participating in Admin Abuse events, completing rituals, or trading with other players to obtain the final items you need.

💰 Is there really a shovel worth 10 trillion?

Yes, there is a shovel worth 10 trillion (10T) in the game! This is one of the most expensive shovels available.

About the 10T Shovel:

  • It's one of the highest-tier shovels in the game

  • Significantly improves your chances of finding rare items
